Ms. Ying Shengxiang graduated from Ceramic Institute. Now she is the Artistic Director of Deshengzhai， senior craft artist， member both of Jiangxi Arts and Crafts Association and Sichuan Artists Association， Vice-president of Jingdezhen Artists Association， etc. She has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes.

英勝香（香丫），女，祖籍江西鄱陽，畢業(yè)于陶瓷學(xué)院，現(xiàn)任勝德齋藝術(shù)總監(jiān)。高級(jí)工藝美術(shù)師，江西省工藝美術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、四川省工藝美術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，景德鎮(zhèn)美術(shù)家學(xué)會(huì)副主席、陶瓷專業(yè)人才協(xié)會(huì)主席，歷代古瓷研究所創(chuàng)辦人、理事長，景德鎮(zhèn)御窯琺瑯彩研究院院長。

2009年，作品《琴韻》榮獲中國—東盟工藝美術(shù)金獎(jiǎng)；2011年，作品《花開富貴》在2011中國（北京）禮品交易會(huì)暨國務(wù)政務(wù)禮品、大師精品展評(píng)比中榮獲銀獎(jiǎng)。
