從“淘寶—特色中國(guó)·招遠(yuǎn)館”“淘”出來的不僅是貨真價(jià)實(shí)的招遠(yuǎn)特產(chǎn),更是充滿地方特色和地域風(fēng)情的“招遠(yuǎn)味兒”。What one gets from the“Taobao-Specialties in China?Zhaoyuan Store” is not only authentic specialties in Zhaoyuan but also the“Zhaoyuan style” that is full of local characteristics and regional flavor.
11月6日,由國(guó)家級(jí)招遠(yuǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)傾力打造的“淘寶—特色中國(guó)·招遠(yuǎn)館”正式上線。作為煙臺(tái)首家在“淘寶—特色中國(guó)”上線的縣級(jí)市,招遠(yuǎn)館將助力地域經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展,向全世界消費(fèi)者展示極具濃郁地域文化特色,在“特色中國(guó)”之旅中走向世界。
招遠(yuǎn)是中國(guó)金都,為鼓勵(lì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐W(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè),推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,叫響中國(guó)金都品牌,招遠(yuǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)打造了電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園,出臺(tái)系列傾斜政策,積極引導(dǎo)、支持電商發(fā)展,并與杭州澤雅電子商務(wù)有限公司合作,形成政府、運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)商和平臺(tái)的“1+1+1”運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。即政府在品質(zhì)監(jiān)督和產(chǎn)品安全保證上做好背書,并且給予政策扶持;運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)商則做好銷售和推廣,包括頻道、營(yíng)銷策劃以及客服體系;平臺(tái)則做基礎(chǔ)流量,包括搭建產(chǎn)品庫、商品和賣家管理模式等。
此次特色中國(guó)·招遠(yuǎn)館上線,將吸引淘寶網(wǎng)近2億網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)者登錄,了解、購(gòu)買招遠(yuǎn)特色產(chǎn)品和代表產(chǎn)品。
“淘寶—特色中國(guó)·招遠(yuǎn)館”集合了金銀產(chǎn)品、特色農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)產(chǎn)品、美食、旅游等海量關(guān)聯(lián)信息,為當(dāng)?shù)刭u家創(chuàng)造了極好的展示機(jī)會(huì),協(xié)助商家把產(chǎn)品推廣到更大平臺(tái),讓更多人再一次發(fā)現(xiàn)招遠(yuǎn),了解具有招遠(yuǎn)金都特色的產(chǎn)品和文化。

杭州澤雅電子商務(wù)有限公司工作人員介紹,作為運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)商,角色最關(guān)鍵,他們不僅需要代運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,還肩負(fù)著孵化和維護(hù)地方特色產(chǎn)品,以及協(xié)助地域及賣家、商家成長(zhǎng)的責(zé)任,下一步,招遠(yuǎn)館的品類將進(jìn)一步拓寬,具有地方特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)都會(huì)被納入進(jìn)來,如書畫、粉絲、皮革、輪胎等等。而與之相關(guān)的B2B業(yè)務(wù)、批發(fā)、分銷、網(wǎng)商培訓(xùn)、倉儲(chǔ)物流等都將進(jìn)一步聚合。通過電子商務(wù),讓賣家直接對(duì)接終端市場(chǎng),更快地促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)接巨大市場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,由本地售賣變?yōu)榫W(wǎng)上全國(guó)售賣。
招遠(yuǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園工作人員表示,目前,招遠(yuǎn)電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園共投入資金1000多萬元,已完成1.4萬平方米電子商務(wù)樓建設(shè)。以B2B模式鼓勵(lì)園區(qū)企業(yè)開辟網(wǎng)上銷售渠道和市場(chǎng),進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)樓進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上銷售與服務(wù)。以B2C和C2C模式充分吸納社會(huì)“網(wǎng)上商圈”,重點(diǎn)在農(nóng)業(yè)、商貿(mào)、旅游等領(lǐng)域銷售,提供資金、信息、廣告、等方面服務(wù),進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上品牌價(jià)值的塑造與產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷,強(qiáng)化后臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與加工,通過銷售商品實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利目的。同時(shí)園區(qū)還重點(diǎn)在技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、平臺(tái)服務(wù)、金融服務(wù)、物流配送、培訓(xùn)咨詢等方面提供服務(wù)。特色中國(guó)·招遠(yuǎn)館將重點(diǎn)考慮如何適應(yīng)本地化變革需求,即網(wǎng)商和電商在政府搭建的平臺(tái)下,各自形成新的地方商業(yè)圈,繁榮當(dāng)?shù)啬酥聊z東半島的電商經(jīng)濟(jì)、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。
值得一提的是,目前,圓通、申通、順豐等快遞物流公司相繼落戶招遠(yuǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū),并形成日均發(fā)貨量超萬件的規(guī)模。

Forged by the national-leveled Zhaoyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, “Taobao-Specialties in China.Zhaoyuan Store” was off i cially online on Nov.6, 2015. As the fi rst countylevel city in Yantai that has been online in the “Taobao-Specialties in China,” the Zhaoyuan store will facilitate the regional economic and cultural development, show the deeply local culture to customers all over the world and go to the world in the journey of the “Specialties in China.”
As the capital of gold in China, in order to encourage local internet start-up, promote e-commerce development and make known the brand of the capital of gold in China, Zhaoyuan built up the E-Commerce Industrial Park, issued a series of favorable policies to positively lead and support the development of e-commerce businesses and worked together with Hangzhou Zeya E-Commerce Co. Ltd. to form the “1+1+1” operation model that integrated the government, the operation service provider and the platform. The government endorses the quality inspection and product safety guaranty and provides policy support; the operation service provider is in charge of sales and promotion including the channel, marketing planning and the custom system; the platform works at the basic fl ow including the setup of product database and merchandize and seller management mode.
