表1 三組外周血檢測指標(biāo)比較

1.1 納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)年齡5~14 歲;(2)符合中華醫(yī)學(xué)會兒科學(xué)分會呼吸學(xué)組制定的《兒童支氣管哮喘診斷與防治指南》的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[7]。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)合并其他肺部疾病者;(2)合并嚴(yán)重心、肝、腎等疾病者。
1.2 研究對象 選擇2010 年1月—2013年12月在紹興市人民醫(yī)院兒科哮喘專病門診就診及住院的98例支氣管哮喘患兒作為慢性持續(xù)期組,其中男50例,女48例;年齡5 ~14歲,平均(8.9±2.2)歲;輕度47例,中度43例,重度8例。選擇同期在本院治療的40例緩解期支氣管哮喘患兒為緩解期組,其中男21例,女19例;年齡6~14歲,平均(8.6±1.9)歲。另選擇同期在本院兒童保健門診體檢健康的兒童40例作為健康對照組,其中男22例,女18例;年齡6~14歲,平均(8.1±1.2)歲。3組性別、年齡比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.182,F(xiàn)=2.074,P>0.05)。
