依托電子商務(wù)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)，高新區(qū)正為傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)植入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基因，園區(qū)內(nèi)首個電商物流項目正在緊鑼密鼓籌備中。作為國家級物流樞紐的西部國際涉農(nóng)物流園區(qū)將通過整合電商和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)，建設(shè)統(tǒng)一的電子商務(wù)運營管理平臺，打造千億級現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

重慶糧食集團將在園區(qū)建設(shè)“國家臨時儲備糧食競價銷售平臺”，預(yù)計2016年建成上線。屆時，全國乃至全球的企業(yè)都能在第一時間通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取該平臺關(guān)于諸如小麥、大豆、食用油等貨物的基本信息，不必親臨交易現(xiàn)場即可享受線上付款、線下實體配送的服務(wù)。大宗糧食交易成本將大大降低，同時交易量也將有效提升。

此外，園區(qū)在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)方面亦有突破。依托重慶公路運輸集團項目，通過在園區(qū)建設(shè)如4IF平臺（四方信息平臺）、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品交易中心、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工配送中心、貨運樞紐中轉(zhuǎn)配載中心等，實現(xiàn)消費者網(wǎng)上下單、支付，供應(yīng)商在最短時間對貨物分撥、配送到家的快捷服務(wù)。而整個流程都將運用到各平臺的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)功能，對貨品、車輛、倉儲空間、集散程度、中轉(zhuǎn)頻率、配載距離等信息數(shù)據(jù)進行充分對接和分析，提高服務(wù)效率。未來，園區(qū)還將通過出臺扶持政策，對園區(qū)內(nèi)汽摩、機電、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品等各大專業(yè)市場和企業(yè)自建電子商務(wù)平臺進行補貼，并為各大電商平臺提供統(tǒng)一運營管理服務(wù)。

Hi-tech Zone Implants Internet DNA into the Traditional Logistics Industry

Depending on E-commerce and Internet of Things(IOT), the Hi-tech Zone is implanting the DNA of internet into traditional logistics industry. The first E-commerce logistics project is being intensely phased in. As a national-level logistic hub, the West International Agricultural Logistics Park will integrate E-commerce and IOT to build a uniform E-commerce operation and management platform and f i nally build a modern commercial logistics cluster of over RMB 100 billion.

The National Bidding and Sales Platform of Provisional Grain Reserve, proposed by Chongqing Grain Group will be built in the Park by 2016. By that time, enterprises home and abroad can access basic information of wheat, bean, edible oil and other commodities through internet in no time and enjoy on-line payment and off-line delivery without coming to the transaction site in person. The bulk grain transaction cost, therefore, will be greatly slashed while the transaction volume will rise signif i cantly.

In addition, the Park has breakthroughs in IOT as well. Relying on projects of Chongqing Road Transportation Group, through construction of 4IF platforms, agricultural produce and by-products transaction centers, agricultural produce processing and delivery centers and freight hubs, transit and stowage centers, on-line ordering and payment can be made by consumers and express distribution and delivery can be made by suppliers in the shortest period of time. The whole process makes use of IOT functions in various platforms and raises service eff i ciency by fully connecting and analyzing information and data of cargo, vehicle, warehousing space, distribution degree, transit frequency and stowage distance. In the future, the Park will subsidize its major specialized markets like automotive and motorcycle, machinery and electronics, agricultural produce and by-products and self-built E-commerce platforms of the enterprises as well as offer uniform operation management services to major E-commerce platforms.
