        藏藥波棱瓜子提取液對(duì)四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝損傷保護(hù)機(jī)理的研究

        摘要:肝損傷是一種常見(jiàn)危害人類和動(dòng)物健康的疾病。通過(guò)研究波棱瓜子(Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall)提取液對(duì)四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝損傷的保護(hù)作用,并對(duì)其作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行初步分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,其作用機(jī)理與抑制炎性細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)等有關(guān),可減輕肝損傷的程度。

        Abstract: Liver injury was a common clinical disease endangering human and animals health caused by various pathogenic factors. The protective mechanisms of the extracts form Tibetan medicine Herpetospermum caudigerum seeds on carban tetrachlorid-induced acute liver injury were studied. The results showed that its mechanism were related with the expression inhibition of inflammatory cytokines.
