I got acquainted with Zhao Guangpin because of his calligraphy artworks. He has devoted himself to the creation of calligraphy for several decades and always paid much attention to the writing force， heavy and light， dynamic and static style， which made his works flexible and elegant. Appreciating his artworks， we can not only receive the visual enjoyment but also the inner encouragement. As we all know that art is boundless and I argue that he will spare no effort to pursue and explore the true essence of art.

結(jié)識(shí)趙光品先生，始于結(jié)識(shí)其書(shū)法藝術(shù)。

蘇東坡有云：“書(shū)法備于正書(shū)，溢而為行草。未能正書(shū)，而能草書(shū)，猶未嘗莊語(yǔ)，而輒放言，無(wú)是道也?！惫馄分畷?shū)法，初于端莊雋秀，一路用功，得其方圓兼?zhèn)渲?，盡現(xiàn)舒展瀟灑之意，注重筆畫(huà)之輕重、緩急、圓方、動(dòng)靜、剛?cè)?，形成古拙樸茂、典雅靈動(dòng)之美。厚重處蘊(yùn)育著靜而博大之勢(shì)，無(wú)雕飾而露純樸，去嫵媚而顯剛正。如晨聞嘹亮的號(hào)角，戰(zhàn)鼓連天，壯士臨陣，披盔戴甲，慨當(dāng)以慷，充滿陽(yáng)剛之氣，讓人振奮；又宛如山中曲折而下的溪澗，泉水叮咚，清脆悅耳，給人以遐想；又恰似荷塘月下聆聽(tīng)遠(yuǎn)處縹緲的歌聲，使人陶醉。

藝無(wú)止境，書(shū)途遙遠(yuǎn)，人書(shū)俱老。相信趙光品先生在以后會(huì)不遺余力地去追尋、探索藝術(shù)真諦。——沈 鵬

Zhao Guangpin was born in Leshan City， Sichuan Province in 1942. He has devoted himself to the research of calligraphy since the 1970s and created many excellent artworks. He has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes and some of his artworks have been collected by famous organizations. Currently he is an academician of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute， the visiting professor of Beijing Huaxia Academy， the deputy president of Shushui Painting and Calligraphy Center， etc.

趙光品， 1942年出生，四川省樂(lè)山市人，退休教師。上世紀(jì)70年代起先后臨習(xí)楷書(shū)、隸書(shū)、行書(shū)、草書(shū)，2002年在中國(guó)書(shū)協(xié)培訓(xùn)中心研修班學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)業(yè)。草書(shū)作品在全國(guó)展賽中分獲金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)多次，獲“百杰書(shū)畫(huà)家”等多種榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。作品被多處收藏和刊載。2013年先后應(yīng)邀與沈鵬、歐陽(yáng)中石先生分別合出書(shū)法集，沈老對(duì)其作品做了重要點(diǎn)評(píng)?，F(xiàn)為中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)研究院院士、北京華夏國(guó)藝書(shū)畫(huà)院客座教授、四川省老年詩(shī)詞創(chuàng)作研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事、蜀水書(shū)畫(huà)院副院長(zhǎng)等。
