Fu Tingyong was born in Qiaojia Country， Yunnan Province in 1977 and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of the College of Art， Yunnan Normal University. He is a member of Yunnan Artists Association and the deputy president of Chinese Painting Calligraphy Masters Website. He has participated in various exhibitions and won lots of grand prizes. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous organizations.

付廷勇，云南省美術家協(xié)會會員，曾任中國書畫印研究院常務理事，中國書畫名家網藝委會副主席。

出生于1977年，云南省巧家縣人。畢業(yè)于云南師大藝術學院美術系，現(xiàn)供職于云南省普洱市景東一中。版畫作品參加過云南省第五屆體育美術作品展、云南省第七屆版畫展、“錦繡中華”——保護國土資源全國書畫藝術展、“讓世界充滿綠”——迎奧運全國書畫聯(lián)展。版畫《麗江古城的傍晚》在“世界遺產在中國藝術作品展”中獲優(yōu)秀獎，《西部憶事》獲“情系西部國際書畫攝影大展”特邀榮譽獎，《盡美矣，又盡善也》在全國大學歷代儒家名言書畫大賽中獲銅獎。入選大藝時代——全國青年美展。作品入編多部典籍，并被一些文化機構及海內外友人收藏。
