中國海真寄居蟹屬一新記錄種(寄居蟹總科, 活額寄居蟹科)*

本文記述了采自中國南沙及北部灣的活額寄居蟹科Diogenidae真寄居蟹屬Paul’son 1新紀錄種: 麗螯真寄居蟹Cook, 1989。提供了形態(tài)描述、形態(tài)特征圖及分種檢索表, 并討論了其與近似種的區(qū)別。研究標本保存于中國科學院海洋生物標本館(MBMCAS)。

Paul’son(1875)建立了真寄居蟹屬, 模式種為Paul’son, 1875。該屬隸屬于十足目Decapoda、腹胚亞目Pleocyemata、異尾下目Anomura、寄居蟹總科Paguroidea、活額寄居蟹科Diogenidae, 在全世界都有分布。目前全世界該屬已知43種(McLaughlin2010), 我國報道了15種(王永良, 2008), 分布于東海、南海、香港和臺灣等地(表1), 均為暖水性種。作者在整理中國科學院海洋生物標本館的館藏標本時, 對真寄居蟹屬進行了分類研究, 發(fā)現(xiàn)了中國海1新紀錄種, 并編制中國海該屬已知物種的分類檢索表。本研究所用的標本均存放于中國科學院海洋生物標本館。描述術語如無特別指出, 均采自McLaughlin (1974)。采用McLaughlin等(2010)的分類系統(tǒng)。

本文中的SL是頭胸甲楯部的長度, 即頭胸甲楯部背面從額角的頂尖到楯部后緣中點之間的距離。量度采用游標卡尺, 精確到0.1mm。St.表示Station(站位)。

特征

額角短寬。頭胸甲的楯部鈣化完全。眼柄短粗, 眼鱗大且頂端具刺。第二觸角鱗片很完善, 鞭毛長且無剛毛。左右螯肢顯著不對稱(個別除外), 左螯大于右螯。雌雄均有成對的生殖孔, 腹肢不成對。雄性的腹肢是單肢型, 雌性的是三肢型。尾節(jié)分左右后葉, 一般不對稱, 左后葉大于右后葉。第三對顎足基部接近。十四對鰓。

鑒別特征 額角短寬。眼柄短粗, 末端膨脹, 短于第一觸角柄, 比第二觸角柄長。眼柄中間有一條寬的紫色條帶。眼鱗三角形, 頂端具三個刺, 頂端外側具1小凹陷。第二觸角鱗片內(nèi)側面具1小刺。左螯明顯大于右螯。左螯外側面覆蓋著覆瓦狀鱗紋。僅左第二、三步足外側面覆蓋著鱗紋, 為2縱行。尾節(jié)末端二分裂, 左右后葉有刺和長剛毛。

特征描述 頭胸甲的楯部長寬相等或長略大于寬, 額角較短, 僅到側突的中部; 額角和側突之間的楯部前緣凹陷, 前外側緣明顯凹形; 側緣和楯部背面散布著剛毛叢; 后緣較平。

眼柄短粗, 約為楯部長度的三分之二; 末端膨脹, 中間較細, 角膜呈蠶豆形。角膜約為眼柄長度的三分之一。眼柄短于第一觸角柄或等長, 比第二觸角柄長; 背部有稀疏的剛毛。眼鱗呈三角形, 頂端具3小刺和長剛毛。頂端外側有小凹陷。

第一觸角柄長于第二觸角柄, 無刺, 在節(jié)與節(jié)的交界處具剛毛。

第二觸角柄伸達角膜基部或中間。第二觸角鱗片多剛毛, 在內(nèi)側面具1小刺, 頂端為角質(zhì)刺。

左右螯肢大小不對稱, 左螯明顯大于右螯。左螯腹緣彎曲, 具1排長剛毛, 剛毛下面掩蓋鋸齒狀的寬突起, 每個突起上具2角質(zhì)尖刺。掌部外側面凸圓, 指節(jié)和掌節(jié)的外側面布滿覆瓦狀排列的鱗紋, 鱗紋末緣均具稠密的刷狀細毛, 細毛下有小刺; 掌部背緣具8個角質(zhì)尖刺?？蓜又负筒粍又竷?nèi)緣有圓突起, 二者閉攏時有1條縫隙?？蓜又副尘壍镊[紋具3齒。大螯的內(nèi)側面靠近不動指一側散布著剛毛叢, 另一側散布著較弱的鱗紋, 越靠近可動指鱗紋越大且鱗紋末緣均具毛。腕節(jié)端部外側面圓弧形, 具稠密的細毛, 細毛下面多刺; 腕節(jié)外側面覆蓋著鱗紋, 鱗紋末緣具剛毛和刺; 腕節(jié)背緣具一列刺(5個)。長節(jié)末緣和腹緣具刺和長剛毛, 外側面靠近端部三分之一處有鱗紋, 且靠近末緣的鱗紋有長剛毛且多刺; 長節(jié)腹面內(nèi)側緣具8齒突。

左第三步足的指節(jié)和掌節(jié)邊緣具稠密刷狀長剛毛。指節(jié)長于掌節(jié), 約為掌節(jié)長度的1.5倍; 指節(jié)端部尖銳, 指尖到指節(jié)的四分之一處內(nèi)側面具1列長剛毛, 基部到指節(jié)的二分之一處內(nèi)側面具一縱溝, 縱溝兩側散布著白色突起, 其頂端有剛毛或刺; 背面覆蓋著鱗紋, 成兩縱行, 鱗紋形狀不規(guī)則, 其末緣具剛毛和刺。掌節(jié)背緣具刺, 和指節(jié)相接處有稠密的細毛并且多刺; 腹緣的剛毛下有刺; 前側面有幾個大刺, 外側面是兩列橫向鱗紋。腕節(jié)邊緣和掌節(jié)相似, 背面鱗紋交錯覆蓋, 鱗紋末緣多刺且具剛毛; 內(nèi)側面光滑, 微凸圓。長節(jié)外側面端部1/2具鱗紋, 鱗紋多刺具剛毛, 基部1/2散布著剛毛。

右第二、三步足指節(jié)長于掌節(jié)。指節(jié)和掌節(jié)外側面較光滑, 沒有鱗紋。指節(jié)外側面中央具1淺溝; 背緣具1列稠密刷狀剛毛; 指尖到指節(jié)的四分之一處內(nèi)側面具2列稠密長剛毛。掌節(jié)背緣散布剛毛叢。

尾節(jié)側緣和末緣均具剛毛, 末端中間具1深裂縫; 左后葉略大于右后葉; 后葉末端均具刺, 但刺不在一個平面分布。背面觀左后葉具5刺, 右后葉具4刺; 腹面觀左右后葉均具7—8刺。

顏色 標本保存于酒精或福爾馬林中, 大部分的顏色已褪。體色呈米黃色, 左右步足呈磚紅色。在楯部和步足背面及腹面散布著磚紅色的圓點。眼柄中部有一紫色的寬條帶。

生境 水深37—88m。

分布 中國南沙、北部灣; 斯里蘭卡, 越南, 新加坡, 澳大利亞和切斯特菲爾德群島。

討論 該種與鱗紋真寄居蟹Herbst, 1796相似, 但可通過以下特征區(qū)分: 1) 前者眼柄只有中間為紫色, 而后者眼柄具2條暗紅色條帶; 2) 前者僅左第二、三步足外側面覆蓋著鱗紋, 鱗紋較小, 而后者左右第二、三步足外側面均都覆蓋著鱗紋; 3) 前者左三步足指節(jié)外側面的鱗紋大小各異, 形狀不規(guī)則, 而后者的鱗紋排列規(guī)則, 大小相近; 4) 前者第二觸角鱗片僅內(nèi)側面具1刺, 而后者第二觸角鱗片具多刺。

A NEW RECORD SPECIES OF(PAGUROIDEA, DIOGENIDAE) FROM CHINA SEAS

We report a new record of species,Cook, 1989in the family Diogenidae from China seas. Specimens were collected from the South China Sea and Beibu (Tonkin) Gulf in 1956 and 1990. Morphological description, morphological features, and the key to species ofin China seas are provided. In this contribution, we compare it with similar species. All the specimens are deposited in the Marine Biological Museum, Chinese Academy of Sciences (MBMCAS).
