“Excessive drinking damages the faculty of memory and perception of space and hinders the normal development of brain cell， and especially has negative effect on the frontal lobe of brain. Thus， it can undermine the learning ability and athletic ability of juveniles.” said the online paper Alcoholism： Clinical and Experimental Research by Scholars of University of California， San Diego.

Alcohol can cause unimaginable damages to the development of brain of juveniles. However， in adults’ eyes， juveniles’ drinking has not been paid enough attention， because it seems “normal”. This kind of opinion usually comes from the areas with long history in drinking alcohol. In most cases， the juveniles in those areas took the first “sip” of alcohol at an age when they had no idea about alcohol.
