相傳在古希臘的阿波羅神廟上刻有三句箴言，其中一句就是“認(rèn)識(shí)你自己”。自我認(rèn)知和探索對(duì)于每個(gè)人而言都是人生旅途上的必修課。我是誰(shuí)？在別人眼里我是怎樣的人？我想要成為什么樣的人？或許Bridgit Mendler的這首“Somebody”會(huì)給我們一些啟迪。

作為迪士尼頻道（Disney Channel）的當(dāng)紅女演員，Bridgit Mendler和許多通過(guò)迪士尼頻道走紅的明星一樣，影視歌多棲發(fā)展。1992年出生的她13歲時(shí)就開(kāi)始了演藝生涯，因主演《查莉成長(zhǎng)日記》（Good Luck Charlie）而被觀眾所知。“Somebody”是她主演的電影《檸檬大嘴巴》（Lemonade Mouth）的插曲，這首輕搖滾風(fēng)格的歌曲很好地表現(xiàn)了電影的主題，五個(gè)原本不起眼的高中生因?yàn)橥瑯訜釔?ài)音樂(lè)而走到了一起，組建樂(lè)隊(duì)的過(guò)程雖然一波三折，但最后他們都學(xué)會(huì)了如何克服重重困難，用音樂(lè)勇敢地表達(dá)自我。

“We will walk out of this darkness， feel the spotlight glowing like a yellow sun.”就像歌詞所寫(xiě)的那樣，自我探索的旅途從來(lái)不會(huì)一路平坦，我們會(huì)有迷茫的時(shí)刻，會(huì)有不知所措的瞬間，但當(dāng)我們戰(zhàn)勝了內(nèi)心的恐懼，勇敢地發(fā)出心中的吶喊，終將還會(huì)成為更好的自己。因?yàn)槲覀兠總€(gè)人都帶著獨(dú)一無(wú)二的皇冠，都有著屬于自己的光芒。因?yàn)槲揖褪俏遥?/p>
