Pan Shiqiang， born in 1957， is a member of Artists Association of Shandong Provinve， the deputy director of Shandong Oil Painting Committee and a member of Modern Oil Painting Center of Shandong， etc. Currently he is the deputy editor-in- chief of Shandong Broadcasting and TV Station as well as the specially invited researcher of Planning and Promotion Institute of Arts and Culture of RUC and enjoyed the special allowance of the state council. He began to study traditional Chinese painting in 1998 and has created more than 700 artworks so far， some of which have been collected by famous organizations and foreigners. He has also published several albums.

潘士強(qiáng)，1957年12月出生，現(xiàn)任山東廣播電視臺(tái)副總編輯、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)文化藝術(shù)策劃與推廣研究所特聘研究員、山東省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席團(tuán)委員、山東省油畫藝術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任、山東省當(dāng)代油畫院理事；系山東省勞模、省專業(yè)技術(shù)拔尖人才、國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼獲得者。

1998年開始習(xí)國(guó)畫，尤其擅長(zhǎng)畫桃，人送雅號(hào)“潘桃”。2006年底開始“觸油”，無(wú)門無(wú)派，率性揮灑，自稱“心象”油畫，迄今已創(chuàng)作了700余幅，其中“白日夢(mèng)”、“百味人生”系列已分別完成150幅和130幅。近年來(lái)策劃了“齊風(fēng)展”、“墨與彩的新視覺”、“油墨之約”等一系列在省內(nèi)外有影響力的畫展。自2009年至今連續(xù)五屆擔(dān)任山東省齊魯風(fēng)情油畫展評(píng)委。2009年3月首次在山東美術(shù)館舉辦“意油心生——潘士強(qiáng)油畫作品展”，展出作品158幅；其后又在煙臺(tái)、威海舉辦了巡回個(gè)展。2013年在北京舉辦“白日夢(mèng)——潘士強(qiáng)夢(mèng)幻與現(xiàn)實(shí)主題油畫展”，成為國(guó)內(nèi)最為浩大的系列主題油畫作品，被專家、學(xué)者稱為“潘士強(qiáng)現(xiàn)象”。其作品大量被國(guó)內(nèi)外藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)和藏家收藏，其中“白日夢(mèng)”系列油畫《愛的法則是相通的》、《做個(gè)內(nèi)心微笑的人》兩幅作品被美國(guó)洛克菲勒家族及所屬的羅斯洛克文化藝術(shù)集團(tuán)收藏，并成為其特邀畫家，《和諧讓生活充滿陽(yáng)光》被聯(lián)合國(guó)副秘書長(zhǎng)彼得？朗斯基？蒂芬索收藏。出版有美術(shù)評(píng)論專著《畫中話》及個(gè)人油畫專著《我的2007》、《原社油畫——潘士強(qiáng)作品集》、《白日夢(mèng)》等。
