Liuli:I＇m glad to meet you，too.Welcome to our team.Now，let me show you around the drug store.There are many shelves.That＇s our Over the Counter drugs section.

劉莉:我也很高興認(rèn)識你。歡迎你成為我們的一員。現(xiàn)在，我?guī)愕剿幍旮魈幙纯窗伞Ｄ抢镉性S多藥架，那是我們的非處方藥銷售區(qū)。

Wanghua:I notice some people are selecting medicines from shelves by themselves.

王華:我注意到顧客們正自己在藥架上挑選藥品。

Liuli:Yes.Over the Counter drug means customer can buy and use drugs according to self diagnosis and don＇t need prescriptions.The drugs on those shelves behind the counter are prescription medicines.Prescription medicines can only be supplied by a pharmacist on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.

劉莉:是的。非處方藥不需要醫(yī)師的處方，消費(fèi)者可以自行判斷、購買和使用。這邊柜臺后面的藥柜是處方藥藥柜。處方藥只能憑醫(yī)師的處方，由藥師調(diào)配給患者。

Wanghua:Can these two kinds of medicines be displayed together?

王華:那處方藥和非處方藥可以放在一起嗎?

Liuli:No，they must be laid out on different shelves in different parts in the store.

劉莉:不可以，它們必須分柜擺放。

Wanghua:I got it.Well，as I know，our drug store is a Chain Pharmacies.

王華:我知道了。對了，據(jù)我了解，我們藥店是一家連鎖藥店。

Liuli:Yes，you are right!Our Chain Pharmacies has 12 individual units located in different parts of the city.Some are bigger and manage wider range of medicines.The others are smaller and deal in relatively less products.However，all the individual units have not only unified markers and outward appearance but also centralized organization and management.

劉莉:是的，我們藥店一共有12個分店，它們分布在全市不同的區(qū)域，有的比較大，經(jīng)營的品類比較多，有的比較小，經(jīng)營的品種也比較少。不過所有的分店從外觀、標(biāo)識到內(nèi)部管理和營運(yùn)都是統(tǒng)一的。

Wanghua:I see.And one more question.You know，I＇m responsible for the drug acceptance check and quality controlling.Could you give me some advice on my job?

王華:我明白了。還有一個問題，你知道我的工作是負(fù)責(zé)藥品的驗收和質(zhì)量管理，在這方面你能給我一些建議嗎?

Liuli:Well，Maybe learn more about the《Good Supplying Practice》，which is called GSP for short.Familiar with our job responsibilities and regular practices can also help.
