近日，以色列英飛尼迪集團與重慶巴南區(qū)政府簽訂戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，英飛尼迪重慶基金正式揭牌，這是我市引入的首支QLFP（合格境外有限合伙人)基金，該基金首期募集10億元，主要將投資IT、高端制造、水務、新能源、新材料等領域。

因為重慶基金的設立，英飛尼迪投資集團的創(chuàng)建者和管理合伙人高哲銘（Amir Gal-Or）先生幾次來重慶參觀考察，這座城市對于他來說似乎是再熟悉不過了?！爸貞c是一座充滿活力的，漂亮的城市，重慶人勤勞智慧，很會做事，效率又高”。提到重慶，高哲銘言辭間充滿贊美和感動，作為一個熱愛中國的外國人，他很希望在重慶這座城市留下關于自己，關于英飛尼迪的歷史性的一刻。

自信與冒險的飛行員

眼前的高哲銘，身材修長，一身剪裁得體的西裝，很難把這位獨創(chuàng)兩家高科技材料公司的成功的企業(yè)家與鷹擊長空，駕駛戰(zhàn)斗機長達24年的飛行員聯系在一起。一番交談后，終于讓我找到了它們之間的共通點：自信、勇于冒險。

提到從事飛行事業(yè)的初衷，高哲銘侃侃而談，“我曾經在我的微博上發(fā)過這樣一個故事，是有關于哈利波特的作者J.K.羅琳在哈佛的演講，她曾表示自己當初寫小說遭到父母的強烈反對，認為這是一份賺不了錢的職業(yè)，可是她最終取得了成功。這只是一個笑話，”高哲銘笑著說，“我的幸運之處在于我做任何決定都是出于我自己的意愿，我的父母總是很支持我。就像我當初成為飛行員一樣，也是我一直以來的志向。我的母親在化學與原材料學研究院工作，而我父親則專注于航空學以及機械學，他們都是以色列技術工程學院的教授。我的青少年時期幾乎都是在以色列技術工程學院度過的?！被貞浧饛那?，高哲銘笑容更深了。

也許是受到了父母的遺傳和熏陶，從四歲開始，高哲銘已經開始自己搭建飛機模型，到了青少年時期他對于飛行的愛好已到了狂熱的地步。年輕的高哲銘通過努力加入了由以色列空軍組織的以色列青年國防軍。在就讀于以色列海法市（Haifa）最知名的學府Hebrew Reali School畢業(yè)之后，他順利成為以色列空軍中的一名戰(zhàn)斗機飛行員。

“加入以色列青年國防軍不論是對當時的我還是現在的我都十分重要，除了讓我實現了飛行的夢想，也鍛煉了我的意志力?！备哒茔懕硎?。

“我相信每一個人的第一份職業(yè)，對于塑造他之后的整個人生的行為舉止都是有影響的。如果你曾是一名律師，那么也許你轉行做其他工作的時候會更注重法律，言語會更謹慎。飛行生涯培養(yǎng)了我很多能力，例如從不同的角度、用不同的原理看待事物，或者用本能來判斷問題?！备哒茔懕硎?，“我在飛行中學會了如何在混沌的狀態(tài)下控制風險，在沒有任何信息的情況下實現目標。因為在戰(zhàn)斗機的駕駛艙中，只能通過雷達獲得一些零碎的信息，而飛行員必須根據這些零碎的信息判斷出戰(zhàn)斗機是上升還是下降。”

蛻變：成功的資本大鱷

從戰(zhàn)斗機飛行員到企業(yè)家是高哲銘的一次人生大轉折。

七年的義務制軍役之后，高哲銘回到家鄉(xiāng)在海法大學學習經濟學，并獲得了海法大學經濟學以及工商管理學學士學位，此后在特拉維夫大學獲得了MBA學位，后來還進修了哈佛大學的風險投資以及私募產權投資課程。

1990年，高哲銘與其母親共同在以色列技術工程學院孵化基地創(chuàng)建了兩家高科技材料公司，其中一家專注于開發(fā)高端耐高溫陶瓷材料的公司TAN被成功收購。這正是高哲銘立志轉行的一次契機。“我真正有創(chuàng)建公司的想法是我在空軍以及學校學習了經濟學的知識之后，我希望挑戰(zhàn)一個對于我來說全新的行業(yè)?！备哒茔懜袊@：“作為一個企業(yè)家，你具有決策權，掌控的是全局；你所做的是現在，但是卻活在將來，你做的事可以讓你看到整個世界?！?/p>

在工作中，高哲銘從來不認為有不可能完成的事情，只不過需要花費更多的時間去處理。即便是創(chuàng)業(yè)初期。他表示，剛創(chuàng)業(yè)時最大的問題是別人不知道你，你要讓別人知道你的存在，同時考慮一個戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展，尋找合適的時機是很重要的。

高哲銘的這種自信不僅僅來自于他豐富的金融工作經驗，也來自于其青少年時期在以色列青年國防軍（Gadna Awir）的實戰(zhàn)經驗。正是這種心靈的強大，對高哲銘的職業(yè)生涯起了巨大的作用。高哲銘認為，飛行員的冒險精神和做風險投資是一樣的，不容許有一點犯錯，否則會因此付出代價。“飛行壓力很大，要求各方面都發(fā)展平衡。管理一個企業(yè)就得運用木桶理論，一個桶裝水的容量大小取決于最短的木塊；而一個企業(yè)，它的各項職能必須是健全的，不能存在短板，這樣才能長足發(fā)展?！?/p>

玩轉風投 扎根中國

正是這種挑戰(zhàn)新事物的精神促使高哲銘再次轉行到風險投資行業(yè)，并于1998年加入Infinity，三年后進入公司管理層。

也許是飛行員極強的冒險精神，高哲銘并不滿足僅對歐美地區(qū)進行投資，他希望將他的戰(zhàn)略帶到中國。談到與中國的淵源，高哲銘來了興致，選擇中國的原因就兩個，一是以色列市場不大，但是猶太人有很多優(yōu)秀的產品，需要尋找更廣闊的市場，最初是從美國開始，到2001年我們發(fā)現了中國這個大市場。而且我的弟弟Gilad曾經是Camtek公司的亞洲部經理，在中國工作生活了七年，他對于中國市場的深刻了解對我有很好的啟發(fā)作用。二是中國人和猶太人民的友誼源遠流長，這也是其中一個重要的因素?！闭驗榉N種機緣巧合，2003年，英飛尼迪在高哲銘的帶領下，成為最早進入中國的以色列基金。

高哲銘表示。英飛尼迪帶有很濃厚的以色列基金的特質，最大的特點就是對所投資企業(yè)引入技術，整合國內外資源，并積極為所投資企業(yè)引入專利技術、管理、市場和投資者。同時，高哲銘也成為名副其實的，把以色列尖端科技帶入中國的人。

英飛尼迪與蘇州中新創(chuàng)投合資設立的Infinity-CSVC基金是中國第一支非法人制中外合資創(chuàng)投基金，也是英飛尼迪成立的第一支中國概念基金。

短短幾年時間，英飛尼迪在高哲銘的帶領下在中國范圍內擴張，在北京、上海、蘇州、哈爾濱、常州等11個城市落子布局，最終來到重慶，成為中國首家獲得3億美金QFLP額度的私募股權基金。高哲銘對英飛尼迪在重慶的發(fā)展充滿信心，“重慶是西部的重要中心城市，在重慶可以將我們的價值最大化，我們看好重慶?！?/p>

與高哲銘的見面采訪只有短短半個小時，但他身上散發(fā)的睿智與遠見令人佩服。猶太民族的一些優(yōu)點，例如勤奮和上進，在他身上表現得淋漓盡致。

高哲銘最欣賞以色列第一任總理，戴維·本·古里安，這位開國功臣正是憑著敏銳的直覺和務實的精神在30年時間里一直是猶太人民的領袖，高哲銘欣賞他的性格，欣賞他把想法付諸實踐，在合適的時機用正確的角度做正確的事情。而這也是他一直奮斗的座右銘。

英飛尼迪在中國的發(fā)展，每一步都打上了高哲銘的烙印。包括英飛尼迪來中國發(fā)展，中國設立總部都是他做出的決策，正如他自己當初選擇轉戰(zhàn)金融領域的想法一樣，他做到了一個決策者該做的事情。我們也期望英飛尼迪在他的帶領下，在中國越走越遠。

From Pilot to Entrepreneur Amir Gal-Or’s Two Ways of Life

Confident and adventurous pilot

When mentioned about the original intention of being a pilot, Mr. Amir Gal-Or said:"this reminds me of a story about the author of Harry Potter, JK Rowling's speech at Harvard. She said when she started writing novels, her parents were opposed since it is not a money making career, but she finally succeeded. This is just a joke. “Amir Gal-Or said with a smile: “ I am lucky because I can make any decisions of my own. My parents always support me. To become a pilot is always my dream.”

Amir Gal-Or‘s parents are both professors of the Israel Institute of Technology engineering. Due to the genetic parents and nurtured, Amir Gal-Or started to build his own aircraft model at the age of Four. Later he joined the Israel Youth Defense Force that’s organized by Israeli Air Force through efforts. Transformation: a successful Entrepreneur

It is a major turning point for him to be the entrepreneur in his life.

After Seven years of compulsory military service Amir Gal-Or returned home to study economics in Haifa University, and received a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration, then got MBA degree in Tel Aviv University, later he went toHarvard to study venture capital and private equity investment program.

In 1990, Amir Gal-Or established two high-tech material companies with his mother in Israel Institute of Technology incubator base, one company that focuses on developing high-temperature ceramic materials was successfully acquired by TAN. This is an opportunity for him to determine to change his career.

Amir Gal-Or never think of things impossible at work, it just takes more time to deal with. Even at the beginning of business. He said the biggest problem at the beginning of business is that people do not know you; you need to let people know you exist, thinking of the development of strategy, find the right time is very important.

Amir Gal-Or thought that the pilot's spirit of adventure is the same as doing venture capital, it does not allow any mistake, otherwise you will therefore pay for it.

Rooted in China

Could be the strong spirit of adventure from Pilot, Amir Gal-Or does not only invest in Europe and America,but also hopes to bring his strategy to China. When talked about China, he seems really interested; there are two reasons of me choosing China. One,Israeli market is small, but there are many excellent products that are needed to find a broader market. It comes originally from the United States; we found a vast market in China in 2001.And once my brother Gilad used to be the manager of Camtek Asia, he had lived in China for seven years; he has deep understanding of the Chinese market, which inspires me a lot. Second,there is a long history of friendship between Chinese and the Jewish people.Because of all the reasons Infinity Group, which was led by Amir Gal-Or,became the fi rst Israeli fund that entered China in 2003. Meanwhile, he is also person who brought the Israel cuttingedge technology into China.

Infinity Group expanded quickly in China within a few years, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Harbin,Changzhou, and fi nally in Chongqing, it is the first private equity fund that can get $ 300 million of QFLP in China.

Amir Gal-Or has huge confi dence in Chongqing, "Chongqing is an important central city in the west of China where we can maximize our value, we are optimistic about Chongqing."

The interview with Amir Gal-Or is only half an hour, but his wisdom and vision is admirable. Some of the advantages from Jewish people, such as hard-working and motivated performs really well in him.

Amir Gal-Or appreciates Israel's first Prime Minister,David·Ben·Gurion, who has been the leader of the Jewish people for 30 years.He appreciates his character that he puts his ideas into practice, always does the right thing at the right time with right attitude. This is also his motto that he has been struggling for.
