◆在西方國家,電話鈴響后,接電話的人拿起電話后,應說Hello,并“自報家門”,包括自己所在單位、住址或電話號碼。如:

◆電話中說“我是……”要用“This is…”,而不能說“I am…”。如:

◆問對方是誰時,不說“Who are you?”而用“Whos that?”;如問對方“是……嗎?”不說“Are you…?”而要用“Is that…?”。如:

◆打電話問某人在不在時,常用Hello!May/Could I speak to…? (您好,我可以和×××通電話嗎?)如果對方要找的人正是你,你應該說:Yes, speaking!如果對方要找的人不在,你應該說:Sorry, he/she isnt here.(對不起,他/她不在這兒。) 如:

——Hello. May/Could I speak to Mike? 您好,我可以和邁克通電話嗎?

——Yes, speaking. 是的,我就是。

——Hello!May/Could I speak to Miss Wang? 您好!我可以和王小姐通電話嗎?

——Sorry, she isnt here. 對不起,她不在。

◆當打電話結(jié)束時,要說“Bye-bye!/See you./Thanks for calling.”之類的告別語。
