建筑設(shè)計(jì)：布魯奈－索尼埃建筑事務(wù)所

我們對(duì)未來(lái)朱爾斯－博爾德特學(xué)院的設(shè)計(jì)概念是：建筑物的功能要明確和清晰，建筑物自身功能可變換可發(fā)展，其延伸性也可進(jìn)行調(diào)整。朱爾斯－博爾德特學(xué)院將以其現(xiàn)在的功能關(guān)系及未來(lái)的功能關(guān)系等明確的功能與伊拉斯謨醫(yī)院有所區(qū)分。此概念，將隨著交通樞紐的發(fā)展，保證醫(yī)院整體系列建筑功能可以有組織、有控制地增長(zhǎng)。病人及家屬一進(jìn)學(xué)院將首先進(jìn)入一個(gè)帶大遮陽(yáng)棚的開(kāi)闊大廳。大廳外面，部分地方有功能指示牌，是過(guò)渡地帶，也是人員放松的地方，公眾可以在這里享受陽(yáng)光和遠(yuǎn)眺風(fēng)景。大廳往里走，是咖啡廳和小商店（書(shū)店、理發(fā)館、花店等），天氣好的時(shí)候，這些店鋪將在室外的平臺(tái)露天營(yíng)業(yè)。再往里走，是一個(gè)兩層高的大走廊，因?yàn)橛刑炀晒猓呃葍?nèi)非常明亮，此走廊內(nèi)分布有垂直上升的電梯間，以及通向診療處、一期規(guī)劃部分及醫(yī)院的入口。一層是醫(yī)生的辦公室和協(xié)會(huì)的辦公室。本層有露天的臺(tái)階與入口層相連接，以方便人員的來(lái)往流動(dòng)。走廊側(cè)面墻壁的木頭材質(zhì)的聲控指示牌使得這里的氛圍很溫馨。這條走廊也保證了博爾德特學(xué)院與伊拉斯謨醫(yī)院的相互連通。在每個(gè)樓層上，利用人員走道的交叉點(diǎn)，將設(shè)立一些本樓層的接待室、等待室和會(huì)議室。這些地方是公眾（包括醫(yī)生和工作人員）交流的地方。每個(gè)單元中心的治療站，視野良好，可環(huán)視整個(gè)部門(mén)全景和外面風(fēng)景。房間內(nèi)的玻璃門(mén)窗洞有整個(gè)房間大小，光線明亮，視野開(kāi)闊。病人無(wú)論是躺著、坐著或站著，在哪個(gè)位置都可以最大限度地看到外面風(fēng)景。房間外部用簾子遮陽(yáng)，簾子是可以自由收放的，也可以被定向移動(dòng)，這些都可以由人在床上自動(dòng)操作，如此人們可以根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)房間內(nèi)的光線強(qiáng)度。對(duì)一個(gè)家庭來(lái)說(shuō)，客廳是人們會(huì)面交流的地方?？蛷d的氣氛比醫(yī)生的辦公室氣氛更親切，人們可以在這里傾聽(tīng)和訴說(shuō)，處理和接受醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)和討論最新的研究結(jié)果。不過(guò)，這個(gè)不可或缺的地方，最準(zhǔn)確的位置應(yīng)該是醫(yī)療單位的中央位置，正面面向自然光源，緊鄰治療站。這個(gè)地方提供給家庭使用，氛圍比較溫馨放松，像個(gè)“保暖罩”，人們?cè)谶@里像呆在自己家一樣，這是一個(gè)像家的地方。帶玻璃的門(mén)窗面向自然風(fēng)景，視野開(kāi)闊，外面有水平方向的帆布簾以遮擋陽(yáng)光?！?/p>

Our design concept for Jules-Bordet Institute in the future is: Functions of the buildings should be precise and clear, and the function of the building itsel f can be t ransformed and developed, with adjustable extensibility. Jules-Bordet Institute will distinguish itsel f from the Erasme Hospital with its definite functions such as the current functional relationship as wel l as the future functional relationship. This concept, along with the development of transportation hub, can ensure that the whole series of architectural functions of the hospital grow in an organized and controlled way. As soon as patients and their families enter the institute, they will firstly enter an open hal l with a large sunroof. Outside the hal l, some areas have functional signage, which are not only transitional zones, but also places for people to relax, and the public can enjoy the sunshine and overlook the landscape here. Going inside f rom the hal l, there are coffee shops and small stores (bookstore,barber shop, f lorist, etc.). When the weather is fine,these shops wil l do business at the open plat form in the outdoor. As you go ahead, there is a larger corridor of layout distribution in twice height. Because there is patio lighting, it is very bright in the corridor. In the corridor, there are elevators rising vertically, as well as the entrance leading to the clinic office, first planning department and contemporary hospital. The first floor is the doctor’s of fice and the Association’s of fice.There is a connection between the open-air and the entrance layer on the f loor, to facilitate movement of personnel. The voice-activated signs made of wood materials on the side wal l of the corridor make the the atmosphere very warm. This corridor also guarantees the mutual connection between the Bordet Institute and the Erasme Hospital. On each floor, it wil l set up some reception rooms, waiting rooms and conferences room by use of the intersection of personnel walkways.These areas are place for public, including doctors and staf f, to contact with each other. The treatment station of each unit center has good field of vision,which may look around both the ful l extent of the entire department and outside scenery. The openings of glass doors and windows size the whole room,causing bright sunlight and wide field of vision. No matter the patient is lying, sitting or standing, it is possible to see the scenery outside to the most extend in that position. Outside the room, it is sun-shaded with the curtains, which are retractable, and are also available for directional movement. All these operation can be automated by people in bed, so people can adjust the light intensity of the room as needed. For a family, living room is a place for people to meet and communicate. The atmosphere in the living room is more friendly than that in the doctor’s of fice, where people can listen and pour out, process and access to medical data, as wel l as discuss the latest research findings. However, the most accurate location of the indispensable area should be in the center of the medical unit, which faces the natural light source in the front,close to the treatment station. It is for families, which has relatively warm and relaxed atmosphere, like a“Warm hood”, and people here like to stay in their own homes, this is a place like home. The openings of glass doors and windows face the natural scenery, with wide field of vision, and there is a horizontal canvas curtains outside, to keep out the sun shine. □
