On August 13，1975， a group of left-handed people from Kansas State of U.S.A set up a left-handed international organization. They plan to connect with all left-handed people of the world and strive for their own rights together. After one year， this special day was first declared and celebrated on that day. They hoped that one day whole world’s left-handed people could celebrate their own festival all together. So August 13， 1976 is the first International Left-hander's Day.
