In my first term of college，I was introduced to tutor a junior student whose home was in the suburb of Xichang about seven miles from where I studied.Being short of money and wanting to challenge myself，I accepted the job.But without experience in teaching，I turned to my teachers for help.They were so kind that they gave me some tips:be well prepared before having classes，be patient with my students and last but not the least，be full of confidence in myself.
