主持人小語(yǔ):英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞要理解,一曰“懂”,一曰“熟”?!岸笔腔镜囊?,弄懂詞匯的用法和語(yǔ)法要求非常重要,不然聽(tīng)/讀不懂,說(shuō)/寫(xiě)也不會(huì),整個(gè)一“英盲”。但光“懂”不夠,還得“熟”,否則考慮10分鐘才說(shuō)上一句話,再耐心的聽(tīng)眾也閃人了。老話說(shuō),Practice makes perfect。 要“熟”就得多練,并且是在弄懂的基礎(chǔ)上練,所以我們提倡Perfect practice makes perfect.
Be who you want to be. The world is out there so use it! We make our lives what they are by the choices we make, from what we eat to how we react to a situation. Keeping motivated(給與動(dòng)機(jī),刺激,提高……的學(xué)習(xí)欲望) helps us make those choices.
For the Mind
Do something new—visit a museum, try different food, learn a new skill.
Read something every day—fiction (小說(shuō),虛構(gòu)), biography (傳記), articles, poetry (詩(shī)歌), newspaper.
For the Body
Eat breakfast—not only does it feed your brain it kick (踢,反抗,反沖) starts your metabolism (新陳代謝).
Exercise for at least half an hour every day—rollerblade (滑旱冰), dance, walk the dog.
For the Heart
Do something with a family member—go shopping, play in the park, go through old photos.
Put together a “feel-good” book—fill it with funny stories, jokes, favorite films, poems and books.
For the Soul
Watch a sunrise (日出) and sunset (日落).
Say sorry.

Do five things a week that make you feel good—rearrange (重新整理) your room, help cook a meal, study well for a test or call a friend in need.
