摘 要:當(dāng)今高速信號(hào)的傳輸越來越迫切地需要高性能的連接器與之匹配,故用于傳輸高速差分信號(hào)的多內(nèi)導(dǎo)體同軸接頭在民用機(jī)載和軍用設(shè)備上得到廣泛應(yīng)用?;谟?jì)算機(jī)的數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法在分析這種結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的連接器方面體現(xiàn)出了優(yōu)越性。介紹了運(yùn)用矩量法計(jì)算二同軸接頭理論模型特性阻抗的基本原理,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與HFSS仿真結(jié)果作比較,由對(duì)比可知此方法準(zhǔn)確、快捷,是分析二同軸接頭理論模型特性阻抗的一種有效方法。

Calculation of Characteristic Impedance for Theoretical Model of Twinax

Abstract:Nowadays,the transmissions of high speed signals are in great need of connectors with high quality.Multi-conductor coaxial connectors used in transmitting high speed differential signals are popular in civil aviation and military equipment.Computing has its advantages in analysing this kind of connectors of complicated structures.The method of moment used to calculate the characteristic impedance for the theoretical model of twinax is described.The computed results are compared with simulations of HFSS software,to demonstrate the highly accuracy and rapidness of the theory,which is proved to be an effective method to analyse the theoretical model of twinax.

射頻同軸電纜傳輸?shù)纳漕l信號(hào)可以通過同軸接頭互連,而高速網(wǎng)線傳輸?shù)牟罘中盘?hào)卻沒有能與之匹配兼容的專用接頭。因此,正是在這種需求背景下這種專用于高速差分網(wǎng)線的能與差分信號(hào)傳輸匹配的新型二同軸、四同軸接頭應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。在二同軸接頭的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,需要建立理論模型,對(duì)其電容、特性阻抗等參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,從而為其設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算機(jī)仿真提供依據(jù)。二同軸接頭的理論模型由兩根平行金屬圓柱內(nèi)導(dǎo)體、一個(gè)金屬屏蔽外導(dǎo)體以及它們之間填充的均勻介質(zhì)組成。由于其結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,導(dǎo)體間距離較近,內(nèi)導(dǎo)體之間存在鄰近效應(yīng),內(nèi)外導(dǎo)體之間均存在耦合電容,一般無(wú)法用解析公式精確計(jì)算其特性參數(shù)。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,數(shù)值方法為解決這類多內(nèi)導(dǎo)體系統(tǒng)特性參數(shù)計(jì)算問題帶來了方便。本文介紹了用矩量法分析二同軸
接頭理論模型特性阻抗的基本原理和求解過程,并給出了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例。
