摘 要:RC二階有源濾波器是運(yùn)放的典型應(yīng)用,也是學(xué)生常做的實(shí)驗(yàn)之一。一般來(lái)說(shuō),學(xué)生對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)的理論推導(dǎo)和分析會(huì)存在一定的困難,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題也難以應(yīng)付。提出理論、仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的新方法,可以有效地解決上述問(wèn)題。具體方法是:先進(jìn)行理論推導(dǎo),用 Matlab 7.1軟件對(duì)理論推導(dǎo)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行計(jì)算繪圖;再運(yùn)用EDA仿真軟件Multisim 10.0進(jìn)行電路仿真;并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),得出實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù);對(duì)比理論計(jì)算、電路仿真以及實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的差異,最后進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。這種新型實(shí)驗(yàn)方法不僅可以提高驗(yàn)證型實(shí)驗(yàn)的學(xué)習(xí)效果,還可以提高設(shè)計(jì)型實(shí)驗(yàn)的效率和效果。該方法理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐,提高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量,激發(fā)了學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)興趣,達(dá)到鞏固知識(shí)和提高動(dòng)手能力的雙重效果。

A New Experiment Method for RC Two-pole Active Filter

Abstract:RC two-pole active filter is a typical circuit for the amplifier and it becomes the popular experiment for students.Normally,students have a little bit of difficult in the theory development and analysis,and it is also hard for them to handle the strange phenomenon in the experiment.In this article,a new method of combination of theory,simulation and experiment has been raised.It can effectively solve the problem.First,based on the circuit,the transfer function is developed and the result is showed with a graph in Matlab7.1,second,the circuit simulation is performed in Multisim10.0.Based on the results obtained,the experiment is made and all data is saved.In the end,all results should be analyzed and will come to the conclusion.Such experiment method is very effect for the testing experiment and designing experiment.The experiment method supposed in this article relates the theory and the test,it is good for the teaching quality and it has raised the student′s interesting for experiment.In the result,the knowledge has been confirmed and ability in experiment has been raised.

1 仿真軟件簡(jiǎn)介
Matlab 7.1是最新版的數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算軟件,可以對(duì)大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行直觀的分析,對(duì)理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析和繪圖,使之具體化形象化,本文用Matlab 7.1對(duì)濾波器通頻帶公式進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的繪圖,達(dá)到了更加直觀的效果;Multisim 10.0是一個(gè)用于電子線路仿真與設(shè)計(jì)的EDA軟件,他可在電路和元件的參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,仿真出電路的各種指標(biāo),比如我們用到的通頻帶,即幅頻特性曲線。
2 RC有源二階低通濾波器
常用的電路形式有2種:Sallen-Key和Multiple-Feedback (MFB),這里只分析Sallen-Key(如圖1所示),信號(hào)從運(yùn)放的同相端輸入,故濾波器的輸入阻抗很大,輸出阻抗很小,運(yùn)放A和R3 ,R4組成電壓控制的電壓源,因此稱為壓控電壓源(VCVS)有源二階低通濾波器電路。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是電路性能較穩(wěn)定,增益容易調(diào)節(jié)。
典型的RC有源二階低通濾波器有3種:巴特沃斯、貝塞爾和切比雪夫。其中,巴特沃斯濾波器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是帶內(nèi)平坦,后面會(huì)在設(shè)計(jì)型實(shí)驗(yàn)中用到。在驗(yàn)證型實(shí)驗(yàn)中,采用圖1所示的電路和參數(shù),從后面的分析可看出,這是采用Sallen-Key電路形式的非典型的RC有源二階低通濾波器。

5 結(jié) 語(yǔ)
本文以Sallen-Key電路形式的非典型RC有源低通濾波器的實(shí)驗(yàn)為例,將電路的理論推導(dǎo)、Matlab數(shù)據(jù)繪圖、Multisim電路仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量結(jié)合起來(lái),達(dá)到在理論指導(dǎo)下的數(shù)據(jù)繪圖與電路仿真在理想條件下的一致,電路仿真驗(yàn)證了實(shí)際運(yùn)放的單位增益帶寬指標(biāo)對(duì)通頻帶的影響。本文還根據(jù)巴特沃斯濾波器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)傳遞函數(shù),重新修改實(shí)驗(yàn)電路的理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)果,并采用簡(jiǎn)化的設(shè)計(jì)方法,設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)巴特沃斯RC二階有源低通濾波器,并通過(guò)繪圖和仿真得出了電路的通頻帶,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論與仿真達(dá)到和諧統(tǒng)一。在本文提出的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法中,既有理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn),又有電路軟件虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),最后還有自己動(dòng)手做實(shí)驗(yàn)。這樣,驗(yàn)證型實(shí)驗(yàn)達(dá)到融會(huì)貫通的效果,設(shè)計(jì)型實(shí)驗(yàn)達(dá)到了將理論知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為設(shè)計(jì)能力的效果。這種新的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模式可以推廣到幾乎所有的電路實(shí)驗(yàn)當(dāng)中。
