摘 要:結(jié)合熱敏電阻電橋溫度計(jì),提出一種處理非線性問題的二步線性化方法,導(dǎo)出幾種典型的二步線性化方法的線性方程、最大非線性誤差及溫度測(cè)量最大誤差的解析式,并指出二步線性化方法的最佳方案,同時(shí)給出與幾種典型二步線性化方法對(duì)應(yīng)的電橋參數(shù)的確定步驟。理論分析與PSpice仿真表明:二步線性化方法是正確的,其最佳方案的溫度測(cè)量最大誤差比一步線性化方法減少約2 ℃。

Study and Simulation Based on PSpice of the Two Steps Linearization

Abstract:The two steps linearization methods used to deal with the problem of nonlinear is introduced based on thermistance bridge thermometer,and the analytical expressions of linear equations,maximum non-linearity error and temperature measurement maximum error for several typical plan of which is deduced,and the optimal plan of which is also given,and the steps used to determine bridge parameters of several typical plan of which is introduced.Theoretical analysis and simulation based on PSpice show that the two steps linearization methods is correct,the optimal plan of which is lessthan about 2 ℃ methodof one step linearization.

1 引 言
熱敏電阻是由半導(dǎo)體制成的感溫元件,由于他具有體積小、靈敏度高,標(biāo)稱電阻值大等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此常被選作溫度傳感的傳感器件。但是由于其阻值與溫度之間有較大的非線性性,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)熱敏電阻傳感器的輸出與溫度之間的線性關(guān)系,需要進(jìn)行線性化處理。
2 二步線性化方法的提法與幾種典型二步線性化方案
2.1 二步線性化方法的提法
(2) 通過理論計(jì)算和PSpice仿真可知:最佳二步線性化方案(方案三)比一步線性化方法(方案一)的精度要高得多,實(shí)例中減少約2 ℃的誤差??梢娮罴讯骄€性化
方案處理非線性問題是一種非常有效的辦法,可大大減少一步線性化方法的非線性誤差。
(3) 通過理論分析與PSpice仿真可以看出方案三是一種二步線性化方案中的最佳方案。
