offer sth to sb

1.給予，提供，拿出，出示[01][(+to)]

He offered me a glass of wine.

他端給我一杯酒。

2.愿意，試圖(做某事)，提議[Y][+to-v]

They offered to help me.

他們表示愿意幫助我。

He offered to lend me some books.
