摘要:隨著我國(guó)改革開放和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,餐飲業(yè)發(fā)展飛速,快餐連鎖業(yè)尤為突出,其中以麥當(dāng)勞為代表的西式快餐連鎖企業(yè)更是占據(jù)了相當(dāng)大的市場(chǎng)分額。對(duì)于餐飲連鎖企業(yè),物流的作用非同一般。本文通過對(duì)麥當(dāng)勞的第三方物流模式進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為我國(guó)餐飲連鎖業(yè)發(fā)展加以借鑒。
