Five Ministriesincluding theMinistry of Com-merce， the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)， China Customs， General Administration of QualitySupervision， Inspection and Quarantine， National Certificationand Accreditation Administration jointly promulgated a noticeon November 31， 2006， announcing that from March 1， 2007，to conduct the license administration on the export of autos (in-cluding passenger cars， commercial cars， chassis and full set ofauto parts).
