On Nonvember 13，Latvia-China Business Seminar was held in the meeting hall of CCIT.Mr.Ludviks，Deputy Chairman of Riga City Council，Mr.Yu Ping，Vice Chairman of CCPIT，Le Jia，Director General of Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended the seminar and gave speeches.Mr.Ludviks introduced the economic and tradeenvironment in Rega city.
