摘? 要:“雙一流”建設(shè)是提高我國(guó)高等教育整體水平,增強(qiáng)高校創(chuàng)新能力的重要舉措。隨著大量高端青年人才的引進(jìn),青年教師已成為高校教育改革和創(chuàng)新的重要力量,青年教師只有具備扎實(shí)的理論功底以及較高的素養(yǎng),才能為學(xué)生的課堂注入活力,也才能培養(yǎng)出更多優(yōu)秀的人才,進(jìn)而助力一流專(zhuān)業(yè)、一流學(xué)科建設(shè)。文章針對(duì)目前高校青年教師科研與教學(xué)并重的特點(diǎn),以“雙一流”建設(shè)、“工程認(rèn)證”及“新工科”建設(shè)為背景,從科研促動(dòng)教學(xué)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、基于青年教師技能大賽的講課能力提升、基于工程教育專(zhuān)業(yè)認(rèn)證理念與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的教學(xué)日歷編制和工會(huì)引領(lǐng)與助力下的青年教師綜合素質(zhì)提升四個(gè)方面探尋青年教師教學(xué)能力提升的方案和策略,為高校青年教師隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)和建設(shè)提供借鑒。

Abstract: The construction of "Double First-class" is an important measure to improve the overall level of China's higher education and enhance the innovation ability of colleges and universities. With the introduction of a large number of high-end talented youth, young teachers have become an important force in university education reform and innovation. Only when young teachers have a solid theoretical foundation and high quality, can they inject vitality into students' classroom and cultivate more excellent and qualified talents, so as to help build first-class majors and disciplines. In view of the characteristics of both scientific research and teaching of young teachers in colleges and universities at present, the paper takes double first-class construction, project certification and new engineering construction as the background, and explores the plans and strategies for the teaching ability improvement of young teachers from the four aspects of collaborative innovation to promote teaching from the research, teaching ability improvement based on young teachers' skills competition, teaching calendar compilation based on the engineering education professional certification concept and standard and the comprehensive quality improvement of young teachers under the guidance and help of trade union, providing reference for the training and construction of young teachers in universities and colleges.

“雙一流”建設(shè)是我國(guó)高等教育從“211”“985”工程向世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。一流大學(xué)是指基于對(duì)教育師資力量的統(tǒng)籌,協(xié)同當(dāng)代高等人才教育發(fā)展進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)效性教育布局,充分發(fā)揮高等院校專(zhuān)業(yè)教育職能,著重以培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型、綜合型及復(fù)合型人才為主要教育方向,彌補(bǔ)時(shí)代化發(fā)展人才教育空缺,使現(xiàn)代高等人才培養(yǎng)得以與時(shí)代發(fā)展充分對(duì)接[1-2]。一流學(xué)科建設(shè)對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)教育要求更高,期望高等院校能將追求極致、完美,作為現(xiàn)代一流學(xué)科建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)涵,以更強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)面對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)教育培養(yǎng),使國(guó)內(nèi)高校教育能力能夠達(dá)到國(guó)際化水平,從而在全球一體化時(shí)代趨勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才輸出,適應(yīng)國(guó)際化專(zhuān)業(yè)人才教育需求,為我國(guó)未來(lái)階段社會(huì)建設(shè)發(fā)展夯實(shí)高等人才專(zhuān)業(yè)教育基礎(chǔ)[3]。
師資力量是高校教育實(shí)施的根本,“雙一流”教育建設(shè)發(fā)展對(duì)師資隊(duì)伍,尤其是青年教師的建設(shè)提出了新的要求,首先在高等院校人才招聘上,專(zhuān)任教師的招聘都要求具有較高水平的博士研究生,具有豐富的科研經(jīng)歷,發(fā)表過(guò)高水平論文;其次是青年教師的職稱(chēng)晉升中,對(duì)科研項(xiàng)目,尤其是國(guó)家級(jí)的科研項(xiàng)目、高水平論文等都有一定的要求,這些舉措對(duì)提高學(xué)校的科研實(shí)力、促進(jìn)學(xué)科建設(shè)都發(fā)揮了重要作用。另一方面,教學(xué)是高等院校人才培養(yǎng)的直接途徑,是教師的基本職能,隨著教育部提出“以本為本”,實(shí)現(xiàn)“回歸常識(shí)、回歸本分、回歸初心、回歸夢(mèng)想”,推動(dòng)本科教育重新回到大學(xué)辦學(xué)的核心基礎(chǔ)地位[4]。青年教師作為“雙一流”建設(shè)和高等教育發(fā)展的主要力量,如何以科研促教學(xué),全方位提升青年教師的教學(xué)能力,是建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的高校教師隊(duì)伍,促進(jìn)高??蒲袆?chuàng)新和社會(huì)服務(wù)能力的源泉。
