【摘要】 目的 探究健康教育對(duì)提升青光眼患者自我護(hù)理的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 93例青光眼患者, 按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法分為試驗(yàn)組(47例)與參照組(46例)。參照組實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)教育方法, 試驗(yàn)組在參照組基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施健康教育。比較兩組患者自我護(hù)理能力評(píng)分與護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組正確滴眼藥水方法評(píng)分(91.4±5.3)分、眼球按摩法評(píng)分(90.2±5.8)分及自我監(jiān)測(cè)眼壓法評(píng)分(92.3±5.5)分均明顯高于參照組的(71.3±6.1)、(72.5±5.9)、(71.7±5.8)分, 差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理滿意度為95.7%, 參照組護(hù)理滿意度為78.3%;試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于參照組, 差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 對(duì)于青光眼患者實(shí)施健康教育, 不僅能夠提高患者自我護(hù)理能力, 還可提高護(hù)理滿意度, 具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To investigate the application value of health education in promoting self-care of glaucoma patients. Methods? ?A total of 93 glaucoma patients were divided into experimental group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received traditional education, and the experimental group received health education on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability score and degree of satisfaction with nursing in two groups was compared. Results? ?The correct eye dropping method score (91.4±5.3) points, eye massage score (90.2±5.8) points and self-monitoring intraocular pressure score (92.3±5.5) points in the experimental group were obviously higher than (71.3±6.1), (72.5±5.9) and (71.7±5.8) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction with nursing was 95.7% in the experimental group, and that was 78.3% in the control group. The degree of satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? ?Health education for glaucoma patients can not only improve the self-care ability of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing. It has high clinical application value.

青光眼為眼科一種常見(jiàn)疾病, 早期以眼睛干澀、視力下降為主要表現(xiàn), 伴隨著病情加重, 極易引發(fā)失明等嚴(yán)重癥狀, 嚴(yán)重影響患者生活質(zhì)量[1]。有研究指出, 在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施健康教育, 可顯著改善患者自我護(hù)理能力。本研究選取本院收治的47例青光眼患者實(shí)施健康教育路徑, 以探究其護(hù)理效果, 現(xiàn)具體報(bào)告如下。
1 資料與方法
1. 1 一般資料 選取2018年3~11月本院收治的93例青光眼患者, 按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法分為試驗(yàn)組(47例)與參照組(46例)。試驗(yàn)組男25例, 女22例;年齡31~69歲, 平均年齡(54.12±10.76)歲;病程1~6年, 平均病程(4.2±1.3)年。
參照組男27例, 女19例;年齡32~70歲, 平均年齡(55.26±9.78)歲;病程1~7年, 平均病程(5.3±1.5)年。兩組患者一般資料比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05), 具有可比性。
1. 2 方法 參照組采用傳統(tǒng)教育方法, 內(nèi)容主要包括向患者講解用眼注意事項(xiàng)、用藥注意事項(xiàng)、術(shù)后藥物療法以及術(shù)前注意事項(xiàng)等。試驗(yàn)組在參照組基礎(chǔ)初上實(shí)施健康教育路徑, 具體內(nèi)容如下。①成立健康教育小組。分別由科主任1名、責(zé)任護(hù)士1名、主管醫(yī)師1名、護(hù)理人員10名組成。先采用本院自制的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查患者對(duì)疾病相關(guān)知識(shí)的掌握情況, 同時(shí)充分考慮患者病情特征、學(xué)習(xí)能力以及文化程度情況制定有效地健康教育方案。②實(shí)施健康教育。為患者講解開(kāi)展健康教育的意義與價(jià)值, 提高患者的學(xué)習(xí)興趣, 向患者介紹疾病臨床表現(xiàn)、病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、前房深度與眼壓的相關(guān)知識(shí), 親身示范如何正確檢測(cè)眼壓。③用藥指導(dǎo)。將藥物用量用法、種類(lèi)以及可能產(chǎn)生的不良反應(yīng)告知患者, 提升患者用藥依從性。④術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備指導(dǎo)。若患者接受手術(shù)治療, 告知患者圍手術(shù)期注意事項(xiàng)、手術(shù)治療利弊, 讓患者做好術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備工作。⑤制定護(hù)理計(jì)劃方案。充分考慮患者實(shí)際病情情況, 制定科學(xué)、合理的護(hù)理計(jì)劃方案。教育方法主要分為兩種, a.集體授課法:采用情景模擬、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)討論、演示等方法講解疾病知識(shí), 并采取現(xiàn)場(chǎng)示范方式提高患者自我護(hù)理能力提升;b.個(gè)性化授課:采取一對(duì)一授課方式, 對(duì)年齡大、學(xué)習(xí)能力低的患者進(jìn)行面對(duì)面授課, 并耐心解答存在的問(wèn)題, 促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量提升。
