青島與啤酒之緣起于上個世紀(jì)初登州路老啤酒廠的建立，之后的百年里，啤酒成就了青島的豪邁與激情，使這座城市的血液流動著啤酒的醇香。城與酒的不解之情，使青島人以酒之名舉辦了盛大節(jié)日——青島國際啤酒節(jié)。每年的黃金旅游季，啤酒節(jié)奏響城市狂歡的華麗樂章，震撼著璀璨夜空。

啤酒節(jié)就像青島發(fā)往世界各地的邀請函。8月，啤酒城燈火輝煌、人潮涌動。格調(diào)獨(dú)特、充滿風(fēng)情的啤酒大棚內(nèi)，飄洋過海而來的各國純正啤酒邀請膚色不同，性情相投的人們舉杯豪飲，縱情狂歡。此時，飲酒大賽是最能體現(xiàn)男士氣概的競技，“肚量”與技巧成為一決高下的關(guān)鍵。歷屆啤酒節(jié)中前來比拼的世界各地的硬漢，皆為體現(xiàn)本國的啤酒文化和博得豐厚大獎而喝得酣暢淋漓。涼爽的啤酒，豪邁的情感，高昂的吶喊……生動傳達(dá)了啤酒節(jié)“青島與世界干杯”的口號。

啤酒節(jié)最匯聚目光的亮點(diǎn)歷來都是開幕式的精彩花車游行。待歡呼聲中第一桶啤酒的噴薄而出，大幕正式拉開。輕盈的舞者，閃耀的群星，狂歡的游客，全是主角。身著艷麗民族傳統(tǒng)服裝的各國文藝團(tuán)體獻(xiàn)上最經(jīng)典、最熱情的民族舞蹈，讓人領(lǐng)略一派異域風(fēng)情。而晚上的文藝晚會則將當(dāng)天的開幕式推向高潮。在激情的歌舞與醇香啤酒的雙重作用下，現(xiàn)場成為歡樂的海洋。

如果覺得還不夠High，瘋狂驚險的啤酒嘉年華會充分滿足你刺激的感官追求。夜幕降臨，霓虹閃爍，在光與影的變幻中，摩天輪、過山車、海盜船上享受風(fēng)馳電掣的人們爆發(fā)出陣陣興奮的尖叫，一陣頭暈?zāi)垦Ｖ?，耳膜可以感受到狂熱的心跳。愉快輕松的兒童碰碰車、旋轉(zhuǎn)木馬滿足了小朋友們新奇的童心，嬉笑一片。在這，任何一種“會動的椅子”都座無虛席，釋放著眾人的激情。

在青島，除了狂歡的國際啤酒節(jié)，位于西部的登州路啤酒街以一種含蓄內(nèi)斂的姿態(tài)全年吸引著八方往來食客，同東部的啤酒城互補(bǔ)著城市的啤酒文化。這是一條位于青島啤酒老廠門前的街道，是百年青啤文脈的發(fā)源地，集啤酒品飲、特色美食、文化休閑于一體的不夜城。無論何時，酒吧或酒館都是家家賓客滿坐，觥籌交錯。這里已成為這座啤酒名城“永不落幕的啤酒節(jié)”！

盛夏之夜，啤酒街獨(dú)具魅力，街上一片車水馬龍，閃爍霓虹。穿過街口由噴薄著“啤酒”的巨大“啤酒瓶”連成的彩色拱門，四五十家特色小店與酒吧將讓你難于取舍。從中找一個另類或精致的落座，點(diǎn)上幾樣看了就讓人垂涎的燒烤和新鮮海貨，擰開剛出啤酒廠的大酒桶龍頭，從中取一扎冰涼甘醇的純生啤酒，同三五好友交杯換盞，霓虹中將微醉著的身心融入到啤酒的麥香和朋友的情誼中，溫馨而愜意。

也只有在這才能算得上是真正的“品”酒。面對歐式風(fēng)格的老建筑、濃縮和記錄了青啤歷史的啤酒博物館、“100”字樣的雕塑，杯中之酒被無形地賦予了豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，酒香也似乎更為綿長、更耐回味。

青島，以啤酒為媒，聚四海賓朋。今年9月19日的第十七屆青島國際啤酒節(jié)上，企盼一年的人們將再次匯聚在這座自然景觀得天獨(dú)厚、文化豐富多彩的城市，共同感受城市中蕩漾的激情與歡笑。

Qingdao has formed ties with beer for one hundred years. Beer has brought about passion for Qingdao, making the fragrance of beer flow in the blood vessels of the city. The inseparable feeling between the city and beer enables Qingdao people to host a fabulous festival in the name of beer: the Qingdao International Beer Festival.

The multitudinous evening performances during the opening ceremony of the Qingdao International Beer Festival have always been the highlight that attracts people's attention. The gyrating dancers, famous singers and happy tourists are all the stars of the party. Folk dances performed by troupes from different countries enable the audience to experience a variety of international traditions. Inspired by rock music and alcohol, the audience dances heartily during these performances. The crazy and adventurous beer carnival satisfies people's pursuit of sense stimulation. As the sun sets and night rolls in, the changes of light and shadow, people on the giant Ferris wheel, on the roller coaster, and on the sea rover scream while enjoying the stimulation of extreme speed.

Besides the gala Qingdao International Beer Festival, the Beer Street along Dengzhou Road attracts tourists from all over the world all year around. Located in front of the gate of the old Tsingtao Brewery, this street has become the venue of a "Beer Festival That Never Ends." During summer nights, you can always find a bar and ask for a mug of icy fresh beer. In the colorful light, you can merge yourself in the ambiance of beer and friendships new and old. Facing Qingdao's European style streets, the Tsingtao Beer Museum records the history of Tsingtao Beer, so the beer in your mug represents the rich culture of this thriving city of eight million souls and countless tourists.

Since "the medium IS the message," beer has enabled Qingdao to make friends all over the world. During the 17th Qingdao International Beer Festival to be held commencing on September 19th this year, people will gather in Qingdao to experience the passions, lights, delights and laughter of our city.
